　　MEM has the earliest marine signals production enterprise in China --- Haimen Huahai Marine Safety Equipment Co., Ltd. Its various marine lifesaving signals and lifesaving fittings can meet the technical standards set by 1996 amendment to SOLAS 1974, and Legal Technical Inspect Regulation for Sea Ships issued by Register of Shipping of PRC as well as PRC GB. All the products approved by CCS are supplied with the certificates of ZC & CCS. The six products approved by BV are supplied with the certificates of EC. The products have repeatedly won the Technical Development Award and new Product Award by China State Shipbuilding Corp. and Jiangsu Province.
